Copyright Retention

Authors retain the copyright to their work. By submitting and publishing a manuscript in TConnect, authors grant the journal a non-exclusive right of first publication and the right to publish, distribute, archive, and make the article publicly available as part of the journal’s scholarly record.

Open Access License

All articles published by TConnect are made available under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).

Under this license, readers may freely access, read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, and reuse the published work, including for commercial purposes, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original author(s), the article is properly cited, and the initial publication in TConnect is acknowledged.

Non-Exclusive Distribution

Authors are free to enter into additional non-exclusive agreements for the distribution of their published work, provided that such arrangements do not conflict with the terms of the CC BY 4.0 license.

Authors may share or deposit the published version of their article in institutional repositories, subject repositories, personal websites, academic networking platforms, or other appropriate scholarly channels. Any shared version should include an appropriate citation and acknowledgment of its original publication in TConnect.

Self-Archiving

Authors are permitted to make their work available online before and after publication, including through institutional repositories, subject repositories, or personal academic websites, subject to applicable ethical and legal requirements.

TConnect supports responsible self-archiving as a means of increasing the accessibility, visibility, and potential scholarly impact of published research.

Data and Digital Assets

Supplementary materials, datasets, source code, digital frameworks, and other research assets accompanying an article will be subject to the license specified by the authors or the applicable terms under which those materials are provided.

Where supplementary materials are intended to be openly shared under CC BY 4.0, users may reuse and adapt them in accordance with the terms of that license and with appropriate attribution.

Authors remain responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights and permissions to publish any third-party content, datasets, images, software, or other copyrighted materials included in their submission.
